In higher education, Leslie DaCruz held Senior Leadership roles in both non-profit institutions including the University of Southern California, and for-profit institutions and organizations, as well as served on the board of directors or board of advisors of several institutions. In business Leslie has a proven track record having held senior executive positions at the Walt Disney Company, Hasbro, Mars & Co, PepsiCo, as well as start-ups in various industries.
